Jules heads up our Scotland desk here at JMC Legal. Having grown up living in Aberdeenshire and Norway, he moved down to Glasgow for University and graduated with a first-class honors in Law in 2018. Post-graduation, Jules moved to New Zealand working at the NZ Ministry of Health as a Senior Operations Advisor in their Covid-19 Response before relocating to the UK to start his venture in recruitment. 

During his time at JMC he has developed an enduring network of legal contacts throughout Scotland, from specialist boutique practices to leading Legal 500 firms. Having, himself, suffered from career dysmorphia, Jules prides himself on his insightful recruitment skills, taking real joy in supporting candidates to find roles within the industry which best serve them in their personal and professional development. 

Jules invests his time into developing his already expert legal knowledge and maintaining strong relationships across the region working with candidates spanning the full spectrum of practice areas and disciplines. He has a proven track record of successfully supporting candidates from NQ to Equity Partner in securing their ideal next move and frequently works with Scots lawyers in relocation moves to London, Internationally and elsewhere in the UK. 

He describes himself as a simple creature who enjoys playing sports, cooking up a storm in the kitchen and watching naff TV.
