Tilly is a Recruitment Operations Advisor based on our Scotland Desk, working closely alongside Jules Grieve who manages the Scotland desk at JMC Legal Recruitment. Tilly is super excited to work alongside Jules and understand more about the Scottish legal market.  

Tilly joined the team in 2025 and works closely with legal professionals and law firms all around Scotland. Growing up in the Scottish Borders, Tilly loves everything Scotland and will share all her national knowledge when working with you.  

After graduating from the University in Leeds, Tilly travelled around Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia before deciding she wanted to be move back to the North of England, joining our Manchester office. 

In her spare time, Tilly loves running, long country walks, drinks and dinner with friends and the occasional wild swim.
