In order to expand further, they are seeking an Agriculture and Rural Property Solicitor/Partner with 7+ years PQE to join their Salisbury office.

The Role

The firm is seeking to recruit an experienced Agriculture & Rural Property Solicitor 7+ years PQE into their Salisbury office.

You work with the existing Partners from other offices to drive the department forwards. The firm has built lasting relationships with their clients and offer practical and realistic solutions.

The ideal candidate will have ARP or Commercial Property experience at either a city or leading regional practice.

The caseload consists of: the sale and purchase of farms and other rural property, renewable energy work, agricultural tenancies, and otherwise acting for farms and estates on a range of diverse property issues.

Requirements:

• You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 7-year PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will have previous ARP or Commercial Property experience
• You will have technically strong business development skills
