• Has experience in restructuring & insolvency, ideally both contentious and non-contentious
• Exposure to corporate and financial work is a bonus
• Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and develop new business opportunities
• Is able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
