Associate - Construction Solicitor

The Role:

This Top 100 Legal 500 firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join their construction team focusing on non-contentious matters, operating from the London office with good flexibility for home working.

You will be joining a highly ranked construction department, recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.

Working largely with the Head of Department this role will allow for exceptional exposure to the highest quality matters, and the role will involve direct client contact, enabling you to make an instant impact with an appropriate level of supervision from the department's friendly and approachable seniors.

The team works with a number of high-profile clients, advising at every stage of the construction lifecycle.

The clients include HNW individuals, joint ventures, corporate and commercial organisations, institutional investors and developers, industry bodies, and private healthcare providers.

There are solid prospects for rapid progression to senior associate, and the team is also open to those who are already or are ready to become a Senior Associate.

Requirements:

• 3+ PQE England & Wales qualified Solicitor
• A broad understanding of non-contentious construction law
  • This must have been the focus of your career to date. (If your current role involves a small amount of litigation, this is not a problem, and they will provide opportunities for you to use that experience as well.)
