The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for a Contentious Construction Associate to join this top 40 City of London law firm.

You will work across a range of contentious and non-contentious work streams, with a focus on the contentious work space. Your experience should be in work relating to both UK adjudications and Tech and Construction Court Litigation.

Within this role you will have a range of responsibilities, including; assisting with drafting construction contracts, negotiating construction contracts with contractors, keeping regular communication with the relevant consultants in order to complete the documents in a timely fashion, and project managing large volumes of contracts.

You will be working Clients across a range of business sectors with an emphasis on real estate developers, housebuilders, property investment companies, contractors, sub-contractors, and major engineering consultancies.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor (UK qualification) with 0-2 years of PQE.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
