Associate - Corporate Finance

The Role

Working with this Legal 500 recognised Corporate team, you will gain exposure to high-quality work with a diverse range of clients. Dealing with SMEs, FTSE100 companies, investment banks and entrepreneurs, you will assist with the full range of Corporate activity.

M&A, scale-ups, funding, commercial contracts, equity investments, restructuring; you will have the freedom to manage your own client base and assist with the full life-cycle of corporate transactions.

Many clients are international companies whose work spans various sectors, such as energy, tech, food & drink, finance, life sciences and more, making this a dynamic and engaging role.

You will work alongside Partners who have received individual independent recognition as leaders in their field, and as such, this is an unmatched opportunity to learn from some of the best Corporate lawyers in the country.

Many solicitors who work with this Corporate team go on to spend time with Magic Circle and US firms due to the recognised quality of their offering. The successful candidate will be in a strong position to develop market-leading expertise in Corporate and take a real step forward in their career.

• Have 3+ PQE in Corporate
