The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Insurance Associate (Junior-Mid level) with 2-4 years of PQE to join this Top 10 US firm in their City of London office.
The team is recruiting a corporate insurance associate with broad experience covering both transactional and advisory matters for a wide variety of insurance market participants, reflecting the strength and diversity of our insurance practice.

The Work
The team represents insurance and reinsurance companies and their financial advisors and underwriters in a wide variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reinsurances, portfolio transfers, public and private financings, regulatory advisory work, restructurings and reorganisations.

The firm has a particularly strong financial sponsor practice in the insurance space.

The firm represents all parties - purchasers, sellers, target companies, cedants, reinsurers and their boards of directors/management, as well as investment banking firms, financial advisors and financial sponsors.

Requirements

• 2-4 PQE in a top tier private funds practice in the London market.
• A high level of academic achievement is required.
