The Role:
This is a great opportunity for a Corporate Tax Associate/Senior Associate with 2+ years PQE to join this silver circle Law Firm in London.

You will be providing advice in relation to the structuring and execution of transactions, both in the UK market and internationally. As well as advising on;

* structured real estate transactions;
* M&A, joint venture and other corporate transactions;
* funds: hedge and debt, real estate and other asset classes;
* international tax structures and cross-border transactions;
* structured (asset and Islamic) finance and capital markets;
* insolvency and restructuring; and
* relevant VAT and indirect tax issues.

The Ideal Candidate:

• You will have 2+ years PQE in the Tax sector.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
• Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
