The Role:

The opportunity will involve advising on the full range of matters that can arise in a development project, covering design, tendering and bidding, financing and award, advice on live projects and after completion (including the operation and maintenance phase).

Within this role you will be will be advising high-profile, blue chip clients including developers, contractors and consultants active on a wide range of projects in the real estate sector including commercial development, residential projects and hotel and leisure schemes.

The Ideal Candidate:

• You will have NQ-2 years PQE.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
