The Role

You will join a highly regarded, national Legal 500 Real Estate team, working on a broad and exciting caseload. Key sectors include renewable energy, retail, manufacturing and large-scale development and investment projects.

In this role, you will gain exposure to a wide variety of Real Estate work, including negotiating and drafting commercial leases, options, securities, servitudes, and much more. As part of a national team, you'll collaborate with esteemed colleagues across the country and have access to top-quality, complex work.

The Ideal Candidate

  • An ambitious individual with 1-3 years of PQE in Real Estate
  • An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills
  • Highly organised, with the ability to approach complex problems effectively
  • Capable of managing a varied workload efficiently and to a high standard
  • Proactive, innovative and focused on adding value
