They are a highly regarded, partner-led London law firm with a strong presence in domestic and international property law and are seeking a Property Solicitor (3-5 PQE) to join their collaborative and inclusive team.

The firm is known for delivering exceptional, tailored legal services, the firm represents a broad range of clients, including UHNW and HNW individuals, SMEs, and larger corporations, with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.

About the Role

This position is ideal for a motivated solicitor ready to take ownership of a diverse caseload under the guidance of senior team members. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling landlord & tenant matters, residential conveyancing, and some commercial transactions (no experience required in commercial property is needed, but it would be desirable).
  • Managing sales and purchases of land, including freehold, leasehold, registered, and unregistered titles.
  • Handling plot sales, transfers of equity, remortgages, property finance, and lease extensions.
  • Supporting site acquisition and development, including option agreements and conditional contracts.
  • Engaging in business development initiatives to strengthen client relationships.

Join a dynamic Property team consisting of partners, senior associates, associates, and support staff, working collaboratively to provide top-tier legal services.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 3-5 years of PQE within UK private practice, with strong knowledge of residential property
    • Any experience in commercial conveyancing would be desirable, but is not a pre-requisite.
  • Excellent drafting, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A proactive, client-focused mindset with a growth orientation toward team and firm objectives.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with an eagerness to engage in networking and business development.
  • Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems.
