The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for a Restructuring Associate to join this top 20 US Firm in London.
Within this role you will work with key financing instruments, including bank loans, high yield debt and intercreditor arrangements.
You will be involved in complex, high value restructurings at an early stage in the financial decline curve, with the aim of providing innovative solutions which improve returns to stakeholders and, in many cases, avoid an insolvency process altogether.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified solicitor with 1-3 years of PQE.
- You will have good organisational skills.
- Excellent client relationship skills and desire to carry out business development.
