The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for a Structured Finance Lawyer to join this top 20 City of London law firm.
The tea, advise a broad range of funders and borrowers on a wide variety of financing transactions. Acting for all the UK clearing banks, a number of other European and investment banks, independent financiers and investment funds on all types of facilities across asset-based finance, securitisation and debt capital markets.
You should have experience in one or more of the following workstreams; securitisation (private or public), asset backed securities, receivables financing and/or asset-based lending.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified solicitor (UK qualification) with 2-6 years of PQE.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
