The Role

This large national Real Estate team works across the full spectrum of commercial property matters, for its client base, which includes FTSE 100 companies and renowned international brands.

Acting as a one-stop-shop for these clients, you will have the opportunity to conduct work across commercial developments, distressed properties, property portfolios, regeneration projects, real estate disputes and much more.

As a national firm, you will have the chance to work on cross-border work and will be supported to gain dual qualification should you wish to.

This team have real ambition to develop in the Scottish market and joining at this early stage of development means you are in a position to progress quickly through the ranks of this National leader. There are no barriers to progression.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Is a motivated Real Estate solicitor with 0-3 PQE
  • Can manage their own workload, with supervision
  • Is an excellent verbal/written communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members alike
  • Has a proactive, innovative and value-adding mindset
