Are you a talented Rural Land Lawyer with 4-10 years of PQE looking to join a large, progressive, top-ranking private client department?
The Firm
They deal with the same quality of work as much larger city firms without all the disadvantages associated with being a small cog in a big machine. You will find that with smaller teams, it is common for NQ's and partners to be working side by side; this is not a hierarchical pyramid structure; fee earners of all levels have the opportunity to be involved with business development. It is common for fee-earners to gain a level of exposure that puts them ahead of the curve.
You will find a creative, supportive, dynamic, forward-thinking, and progressive culture. They invest heavily in their staff, with industry-leading training and a real platform for progression. You will find there is a good work-life balance with flexibility. There is an amazing social scene firm-wide, with social clubs, sports clubs, and regular social events paid for by the firm.
