The role
This opportunity offers the chance to join a highly respected and rapidly expanding Banking and Finance team in Edinburgh, that is on its way to becoming one of the best in the field.
The successful candidate will gain comprehensive experience in a wide range of financial matters, including drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documentation, managing conditions precedent, handling inter-creditor arrangements, and resolving issues related to lending transactions.
You will work with some of the country's top investors and financial institutions, providing the opportunity to take ownership of key client relationships and establish yourself as an expert in banking and finance law. This role presents an excellent platform for career progression, offering the chance to develop market-leading expertise in the field.
Ideal Candidate
- 3-5 years of relevant PQE
- Experience liaising with stakeholders including borrowers, lenders and investors throughout the full transaction lifecycle.
- Can manage a varied caseload with a range of clients, and has the ambition and communication skills to further develop client relations
- Is commercially aware and knowledgeable about the current banking law landscape
