Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of debt recovery cases, representing clients in all stages of the recovery process.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support debt recovery cases.
• Draft legal documents, including letters, notices, and court pleadings.
• Negotiate with debtors and their legal representatives to reach favourable settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in court proceedings related to debt recovery
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legal procedures.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on debt recovery matters.

Requirements:

• Solicitor with litigation experience (NQ-3 PQE)
• Strong negotiation and dispute-resolution skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
