The Role

Opportunity for a Trade Mark Attorney 3+ years PQE to join a very well-regarded firm in the IP space based in the heart of the City of London.

Working under the leadership of an industry giant in the IP space, you will have access to a varied diet of work across trade mark prosecution, enforcement and advisory work.

This is set to be an incredibly varied and interesting role, with the chance to be involved in UK and EUIPO matters encompassing international trade mark and design portfolio management, trade mark registry disputes, corporate due diligence, the drafting of licences and commercial agreements, domain name disputes, and infringement actions.

The team is particularly active in sectors like retail and consumer goods, oil and gas, manufacturing and technology.

The ideal candidate:

  • Qualified trade mark attorney with 3+ years PQE with experience in trade mark prosecution, enforcement and advisory work
  • Experience with a firm with a strong IP reputation, or from a suitable in-house position
  • Experience of drafting licenses, assignments and oppositions
