The Role:
You will join a National Commercial team with a strong presence in Primary Care from their Liverpool office.
You will gain experience working on a full range of commercial contracts, with a strong focus on work such as:
- Preparation and review and negotiation of Partnership documentation for medical and dental practitioners
- Providing general partnership advice
- Working on partnership mergers
- Advice and documentation of partnership retirements whether voluntary or compulsory
- NHS Contract advice
- Advising primary care network
This firm acts for exciting clientele in sectors such as; technology, media, retail, pharmaceuticals, insurance, transport and logistics, and manufacturing. Additionally, there is involvement in the public sector, serving universities, NHS bodies, police forces, and local authorities.

Requirements:
- As a guide, this role would suit a Commercial Associate NQ-3 PQE
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Capacity to independently take initiative and collaborate effectively as a member of the commercial team, providing support to both senior and junior colleagues, and contributing to larger projects across the entire firm
