Are you a talented Commercial Law Associate with 3-5 PQE, looking to join a large, progressive Commercial team?

The Role:

This is a stand out opportunity for a Commercial law Associate to join this City of London Silver Circle firm.

Their commercial practice advises clients across a broad range of commercial and operational issues, including commercial contracts, IP and brands, sport, outsourcing, data privacy and cyber security, and information technology.

• Technology - You will deal be drafting and negotiating IT contracts, particularly software licences, support and maintenance agreements, and website terms and conditions.
• Intellectual Property: You will be advising on available IP protections, drafting and negotiating IP contracts, and advising on rights against potential infringers (working alongside litigation specialists)
• Commercial Contracts: drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, such as standard terms and conditions, supply of goods/services agreements, agency agreements, distribution agreements, franchise agreements, operational management agreements and sponsorship agreements. And advising on amendments to/notations of commercial contracts.
• Outsourcing: You will be drafting and negotiating sourcing and procurement agreements, and advising on outsourcing to the cloud.

Within this role you will have a very high degree of autonomy and client involvement; you will be encouraged and supported in helping drive the business forward.

The Ideal Candidate:

• You will have 3-5 years PQE in a broad array of commercial law.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
