Commercial Contracts Manager

The Role:

You will guide the firm in managing the compliance, legal, reputational and commercial risks associated with client engagement terms, client pitches and audits and amendments to the firm's standard terms.

Based in the General Counsel's Office, you will be part of a team of lawyers where your clients will be your colleagues based in the wider regulatory team in the GCO.

The role focusses on: Reviewing a range of client-facing commercial contracts and deliver risk-sensitive advice, proportionate to local regulatory, cultural and practice needs - this can be part of client bids, RfPs and/ or panel agreements.

You will work with UK and global teams to help negotiate client terms, ensure global compliance, identify and manage global risk and compliance.

The Candidate:

• You be a qualified Solicitor / Contract Manager with 2 years of experience.
• Experience gained across a range of contracting, compliance, risk and supplier management.
• Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team
