We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate with expertise in digital technology, data protection, and innovative technologies to join this leading international firm. About the Role

You will play a key role in advising clients on cutting-edge projects involving digital transformation, data privacy, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies like artificial intelligence. This position provides the opportunity to work across industries, supporting businesses in adopting new technologies to drive productivity, improve competitiveness, and achieve compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on the legal aspects of technology transactions, including software licensing, IT service agreements, and system implementations.
  • Supporting digital innovation projects across sectors such as manufacturing, energy, logistics, and international trade.
  • Providing strategic advice on data protection compliance, cybersecurity, and risk management.
  • Collaborating with national and international colleagues on cross-border transactions and regulatory matters.
  • Helping clients explore and implement advanced technologies such as generative AI and other transformative tools.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in the digital technology sector, strong commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of post-qualification experience in technology law, data protection, or related areas.
  • Demonstrable experience in handling complex technology transactions and advising on regulatory matters.
  • Knowledge of software licensing, IT services, and cybersecurity is essential.
  • Experience with emerging technologies like AI is highly desirable.
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach to advising clients on contractual, operational, and regulatory challenges.

You'll also need to show an enthusiasm for building relationships, both internally and externally, and a commitment to delivering top-tier legal advice.
