The Team

Lead by a partner who is named in the Legal 500, the team advises on a wide range of high profile and high value commercial/ICT projects, outsourcing arrangements and general commercial contracts to a wide range of public and private sector clients.

The Role

You will enjoy an active role in major IT and business process outsourcing projects for household name private sector clients as well as landmark projects for Central Government bodies, NHS local authorities and Housing Associations.

This is a multi-disciplined team, meaning you will enjoy an enviable level of variety of the projects you work on.

You work closely with the Partner and there will be opportunities to help shape the strategic direction and business development initiatives of the team.

The Candidate

You will be a qualified Solicitor with around 5 years pqe in the commercial contracts sector.

You will have:
Solid experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts (including IT contracts).
Experience in commercial transactional projects and contract management support.
A desire to excel in the commercial IT contracts sector.
