This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to take a prominent role in a high profile, Top 100, national litigation team, in Birmingham. You will be working alongside Legal 500 chambers ranked lawyers within a first rate commercial disputes department.

The Role

Due to ongoing expansion, the Commercial Litigation team is looking to add a senior Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join their Birmingham City Centre office.

The Commercial Litigation department is currently very busy and thriving, they deal with an exceptional quality of work for a client base which includes businesses of varying sizes but many household names.
You will be joining a 15 strong specialist team in Birmingham, that sits within a national team of around 70. You will be a leads figure in the team and enjoy a great deal of support, freeing your time to take on the key decisions in the litigation process. You will collaborate with other teams meaning an unrivalled variety of cases.
The team are regularly against top tier international firms which is testament to the profile of cases they take on.

You will be taking a lead role in interesting and high value matters. Case load will include corporate and commercial disputes, including IT disputes, injunctions, corporate and breach of warranty claims, shareholder disputes, defamation and breach of confidentiality claims, waste management contracts, and general commercial and contractual disputes.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor 5 years + PQE
• This is a friendly team that has a lovely culture; you will work well within a team and have excellent client skills
• You will have an excellent eye for detail
