The Role:

The Commercial Litigation department has quickly developed into one of the most important within the practice, and they cater to new and existing clients.

The Commercial Litigation department deals with an excellent quality of work acting for major utility suppliers, government bodies, financial and commercial businesses and insolvency practitioners, including but not limited to commercial contract disputes, supply disputes, shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims, adult social care disputes and the handling of more complex matters across the UK and internationally.

Requirements & Salary:

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Lawyer (PQE range is very much open and all experience levels are encouraged to apply)
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• You will be comfortable in managing/developing client relationships
