The Role

Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks a Commercial Litigation Solicitor 1-3 PQE to join their outstanding and progressive London City practice.

This firm is also very keen to use these experiences to help train the next generation of elite Litigation Lawyers.

They deal with an excellent quality of work, including but not limited to Company incorporation, advising on Governance issues, shareholder and investment agreements, mergers and acquisitions and advising on more complex disputes arising from any of the above.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor 1-3 relevant years PQE
