The firm are looking to hire a Commercial Litigation Associate 3+ years PQE into their flourishing Guildford office.

They handle all aspects of Commercial Litigation and are highly respected among their peers. In this role you will be working within a L500 ranked Tiered Litigation team outside of London giving you access to the highest quality level of work to springboard your career to the next level.

The work is not limited to:

• Contract disputes
• Professional negligence
• Partnership disputes
• Debt Recovery

Requirements:

• You will be a qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE
• You will have experience handling a diverse commercial litigation caseload
• Excellent client care and business development skills
