The role

The firm are seeking to hire an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor into their flourishing commercial litigation team, ideally you'll be based in Sussex or Kent, however, the firm are open to considering Commercial Litigators working fully remotely.

The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join. They are growing across all aspects of Dispute Resolution. This role has been designed for a litigator who enjoys and thrives from variety. The team currently deal with:

• Property litigation
• Civil litigation
• Commercial litigation
• Employment litigation
• Contentious probate

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor (3+ years PQE)
• You will have a passion for dispute resolution
• You should have first-class communication skills
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
