The Role

The firm is seeking an experienced commercial property partner with 8+ years of PQE to join their highly regarded real estate team in the City of London.

The role will see you joining an award-winning property team with an ever-growing client base of HNW individuals, wealthy families, business owners, and entrepreneurs.

You will work as part of a supportive, friendly, and professional team on a high-quality caseload of matters, including but not limited to portfolio management, secured lending, landlord and tenant agreements, acquisitions, and disposals. As well as supporting the corporate team with the real estate aspects of share and asset sales and purchases.

Requirements

• You will be a Real Estate Partner with at least 8 years of PQE, coupled with leadership and supervisory experience;
• You should enjoy business development and marketing and come with a track record;
• Experience gained within a strong regional, national, or City firm;
• You should be ambitious and keen to progress and grow with the firm; and
• A client following or connection in the City of London is highly desirable.
