The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Property Partner for their office based in the heart of West End of London.

• The firm has a small commercial property team of two, you will join a friendly, supportive and dynamic team.
• The scope of work is broad, part of it involves dealing with the firm's media clients, however there is also a lovely spread of clients and work outside of the media space.
• The caseload will include but not be limited to; sales and purchases of commercial premises, investment, leases, lease renewals, assignments, surrenders and some development work.
• You will work with the wider partnership to manage the department, work on the strategy associated and to lead the department into the future. You will have good autonomy to make the role your own, but you will also have good support and infrastructure around you.
• You will be a commercial property solicitor with at least 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• Salary is competitive with a lucrative bonus structure based on billings, this is negotiable depending on your background and experience
