The Role
This is a great Commercial Property Senior Associate opportunity to join a growing Top 100 firm based in Southampton. (Hybrid working on offer)
This firm boasts a very successful commercial property team spanning several offices with excellent rankings in the Legal 500 in this space.
The team works with a wide range of clients. They are at the forefront of commercial property development, working with many developers, investors and portfolio occupiers.
You'll be part of a successful team acting on behalf of leading commercial clients in this role.
You will be managing your complex and varied caseload of files and supporting junior team members. The work will include large transactional deals often involving innovative construction methods, sustainable development, and complex commercials.

The Requirements

• You will be 5+ years PQE (no upper experience limit)
• Close attention to deal, commercial awareness and legal acumen
• Confidence and interpersonal skills when engaging with clients
• Passion for what you do, welcoming ongoing career development opportunities and continuous accreditation and academics, and being fully supported.
