Unique opportunity for a Commercial Property (Social Housing) Associate/Senior Associate 3+ years PQE to join a leading practice, to be based in Cardiff.

You will be acting on behalf of large housing associations clients, advising on site acquisitions, packages deals, land options, promotion agreements, s.106 schemes, development agreements, joint ventures, commercial lease portfolio advice, refinance work, grant funding and innovative carbon zero/energy efficient housing schemes.

As such, they are looking for someone with experience across some or all of those areas of social housing work.

In return, you can expect to be given close working relationships with clients, embedding your support and guidance through all stages of a transaction. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on client interaction and providing proactive support.
