This firm are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor 3+ PQE to join them in their Commercial Property team in Bournemouth, Dorset.

The case load will consist of:

• Becoming an integral team member, providing expert advice on various commercial property issues.
• Take on a fee-earning role that offers diverse responsibilities, promoting professional development and impactful contributions.
• Participate in business development to build your own client base while also serving the firm's established clients.

Requirements

• A Commercial Property Solicitor 3+ years PQE
• Personable individual with the self-motivation for business development and networking
• Experience with dealing with clients directly
