The Role

This is an exciting role for a Commercial Property Solicitor (4 PQE) to join this leading City firm, which has built impressive reputation in the market.

Property is at the forefront of all the work they do. This role will involve working with a highly experienced Commercial Property Partner.

You will deal with a broad range of quality matters including; Development, Acquisitions for development, Commercial Leases, Residential Development, acting for developers of both Plc and private companies in connection with commercial property acquisitions and extensive multi-purpose developments.

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• You will deal with a broad and varied caseload.
• This role has excellent prospects for progression - this firm likes to grow organically, with multiple Partners being homegrown
• You should have a good technical knowledge
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
