The role:

Opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor 4+ years PQE seeking a varied and interesting role, to be based in Bristol.

You will take on a mixed caseload of work across landlord and tenant matters, complex development projects, acquisitions and disposals of portfolios of property, asset management work and more.

The team cultivates close working relationships with their clients so that their support is embedded into all real estate processes. Therefore, this position would suit an individual who likes to be hands-on with clients to provide proactive support.

They are looking for someone with business development capabilities who is able to build new relationships to further strengthen their foothold in the market.
