The firm are seeking to hire a Real Estate Lawyer into their flourishing Guildford office.
This Real Estate department is one of the top practices nationally outside of London. The department is highly ranked with many of the lawyers in the department being ranked by both the legal 500 and chambers.
The department deals with a high-quality of work, they often punch above their weight and deal with transactions that on the other side of the deal are top city practices. You will work as part of a supportive, dynamic, forward-thinking and innovative team.
The caseload and client base are broad, the variety will make for a much more interesting role. The caseload will include; Sales and purchases of commercial premises, commercial leases, landlord and tenant and development work.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor 1 - 3 years PQE with previous experience in a quality practice
• Previous experience managing commercial property matters
• Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
• Track record in business development and outstanding client care
