With a client base of FTSE 100 and 250 clients, this team endeavours to act as a trusted business advisor in the delivery of strategic legal advice, project-based pieces as well as day-to-day transactions.

This particular hire will have a focus on consumer-facing businesses, advising on large-scale transformative arrangements such as outsourcing, joint ventures, and franchising projects as well as day-to-day business arrangements, including agreements for the supply of goods and services, framework contracts and standard terms and conditions.
