The Role:

You will join the firm's award-winning Commercial team as a Newly Qualified Solicitor in the firm's Preston Office

You can expect to be involved in a variety of aspects within distribution and agency agreements, general terms and conditions for goods and services and competition law matters, preparation of complex transactions, franchise agreements, professional agreements, data protection and IP issues.

The firm punches at a National firm level being heavily involved in large multi-national firms with specialisms in Engineering & Manufacturing, Construction, Digital and the Care sector.

You will have hands-on involvement with client relationships and support to grow your profile in the market.
