• This cutting-edge West End firm is growing at a quickly but controlled rate, with care being taken to ensure all new hires fit into the ethos and philosophy of the firm. They currently have circa 60 staff, with 10 Partners and 5 Equity Partners.

The Role

• This leading West End firm is recruiting for a Company Commercial Partner to join their flourishing West End office.
• They have a strong reputation on Company Commercial work, working with the highest quality clients
• The team is currently 5 people, 1 Partner, 1 Associate, plus support staff and they specialise in the following areas: private company share and asset acquisitions and disposals, structuring start-up companies, shareholders agreements and shareholder matters, corporate advisory, enterprise investment schemes, joint ventues and investor/shareholder agreements, provate equity and venture capital transactions, corporate restructuring, film financing, structured finance, corporate finance and commercial legal contracts.
• Clear pathway to Equity Partnership
