The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Construction Partner into their growing City of London office.

• Real Estate and Construction is a core practice area for the firm, you will be joining a buoyant top ranked department
• You will work with the partners to drive the department forwards, you will be involved in strategy and the training and mentoring of more junior lawyers.
• You will deal with a broad commercial property caseload across a vast array of industry sectors including; Healthcare, Industrial, Retail, Transports and Logistics, Investment, Leisure and Occupiers.
• The firm are busy in both contentious and non-contentious matters so will look at candidates from either side.
• The team and firm more widely is entrepreneurial, you will have the opportunity to get involved in business development, introducing and expanding work streams.
• You will be a Construction Partner with at least 7 years PQE + (there is no upper limit)
