The Role

A rare opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a 5+ years PQE Senior Associate to join this nationally recognized Construction team.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the team, providing advice on a diverse range of projects, including development and infrastructure projects, real estate, corporate acquisitions and disposals, and property finance-related construction matters. This particular team is looking for someone with a strong non-contentious background.

This position offers a compelling chance to work alongside industry experts, contributing to projects for prominent household names. You will be working alongside several L500 recommended partners who are either homegrown from the firm itself or recruited from leading regional / city firms

Requirements

• You will be a 5+ years PQE Construction Solicitor
• Background in a firm with an excellent reputation for non-contentious construction work
• Excellent academic and professional qualifications
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to confidently manage your own caseload of high-calibre work and clients
