The Role

The firm is seeking a Construction Senior Associate / Partner to join their modern, and growing Manchester office.

You will deal with a broad client base covering many industry sectors, the sheer level of variety will make for an interesting caseload. The firm are often for a growing number of FTSE 250 companies.

You will work predominantly on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters providing representation in all forums of dispute resolution including adjudication, mediation, expert determination, arbitration and litigation. You will also have the opportunity to involve yourself with a broad array of construction contracts including JCT's.

As this firm are heavily investing into their construction department, they are open to considering more that one individual. If there are ambitious associates / colleagues that would consider a move then this firm are more than happy to consider such a project.

Requirements

• You will be Construction Solicitor with at least 7 years PQE
• You will have particular experience in contentious & non contentious construction law
• The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients
• You will be commercially minded and enjoy business development and marketing
• Excellent communication skills
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail.
