The role:

Opportunity for a talented Construction Solicitor 1-4 years PQE to join a high-quality litigation practice based in Reading, Berkshire.

The team act for a range of institutional, commercial and private clients and you will foster close working relationships to guide them through various forms of dispute resolution, up to and including litigation.

You will advise clients on JCT suite of contracts as well as other claims including defective works, payment applications, extensions of time, loss and expense and liquidated damages.

They are looking for someone with the dynamism, drive and commitment to make a significant contribution to the strategic direction and growth of the construction practice.

Requirements:

• Construction Solicitor 1-4 years PQE
• Strong team player with a 360 approach to referrals and business development
• Ability to build credible relationships with those in the Construction industry
