The Role
Joining a nationally recognised real estate team, you will be an essential member of contentious construction team, you will handle a diverse array of cases, including: Construction-related professional negligence; Disputes involving office, retail, and leisure developments and Social housing projects
- You will collaborate closely with the firms non-contentious construction Partners and other areas within the real estate group, ensuring a comprehensive approach to meet clients' needs.
- Your clients will include landed estates, charities, banks, and pension funds. With industry leaders at the helm, including the head of construction and the head of non-contentious construction, this role presents an unparalleled opportunity to enhance your expertise and build your personal brand.
- Deliver expert legal advice and exceptional client care, drawing on your extensive knowledge.

Requirements
- You must be a Senior Construction Solicitor likely 6+ years PQE with significant experience in contentious construction law, with a proven ability to manage case files independently
- Consideration will also be given to candidates with a background in commercial or property disputes who are keen to transition into contentious construction law
- Strong business development skills and an interest in leveraging legal technology to enhance client services
