The Role:

This is an outstanding opportunity for a ontentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor 1-4 PQE to join a respected and innovative Probate team out of their Clitheroe office.

You will join an established, close-knit team and will have a high level of client contact. You will be supported by industry-leading partners who individually have respected reputations in the market, who will offer a wealth of experience for you to learn from. Working closely with the partners will give you a platform to develop your technical ability and rise quickly through the ranks.

The work you will gain exposure to an excellent quality of work that includes (but is not limited to);

• Probate Claims
• Inheritance Act Claims
• Forged Wills
• Issues for testamentary capacity
• Provisions from the estate

You will play a significant role in the growth and direction of the team, allowing you to make your mark at an early stage and springboard your career.

Requirements:

You will be a Contentious Probate Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)

• Excellent client-facing skills; able to act with empathy, compassion and maturity
• Ambition to progress and make a difference to the firm
• Confidence and aptitude to manage your own caseload whilst collaborating with senior partners and other members of the team.
