The Role:

The firm is seeking to hire a Contentious Trusts and Probate Partner to join their state-of-the-art office in the heart of the West End of London.

The private client department is highly ranked in the legal 500 and chambers, it is currently flourishing and has been steadily growing over the last 24 months, with plans to continue to grow in line with increased workflow. It is a vibrant and hard-working team, their achievements over the last 5 years are incredible.

You work with the other partners to drive the department forwards. They support their clients out of their national and international offices.

Contentious Probate is a growing area for the firm, with plans to grow further over the next 24 months. You will be at the forefront of this exciting department, working alongside a Partner, dealing with a high-quality caseload of; Lack of capacity cases, Fraud and undue influence cases, Subsequent revocation, and Inheritance.

You will have at least 7 years PQE + in Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitor (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
