The Role

The firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their team in Bury

In this role you will be working closely with the fee-earners and partners in the team dealing with both pre and post completion related property work. You will be supporting the team with their ongoing transactions.

The team deals with a diverse and broad caseload of Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.

Due to the expansion of the team and increased workloads, the role comes with prospects for career progression and development.

Requirements

• You will be a Conveyancing Assistant with 1+ years' experience in Conveyancing
• Excellent communication skills
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail
