Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Support: Assist the Head of Unit while also thriving in a standalone capacity as needed.
• Client Engagement: Deliver expert conveyancing advice to clients throughout every step of their transaction.
• Documentation Wizardry: Draft and review contracts and other vital property documents.
• Transaction Smooth Operator: Review searches and Land Registry applications to ensure seamless processes.
• Network Builder: Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions and foster professional relationships.
• Mentor and Train: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them grow their skills and confidence.

Requirements:

• Qualifications Matter: Must be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX-qualified conveyancer.
• Experience Counts: A minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience is essential.
• Legal Expertise: Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures is a must.
