The Role

As a Corporate Associate/Senior Associate, you will join the firm's renowned Corporate team in their state-of-the-art Leeds city centre office.

You will work with an enviable client base, spanning household names across retail, sports, technology and telecoms, on a broad and stimulating caseload, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Disposals
• Restructuring and reorganisations
• Private equity
• Venture capital
• Joint ventures

• A Corporate Solicitor with 2+ years of PQE
